Payment methods
MotoParts Plus offers different payment methods depending on the delivery country and selected shipping option.
Payments for orders within Croatia
Card payment via Teya
Card payments are processed securely through Teya. Payments are charged as a single transaction; instalment payments are not available.
After selecting card payment, you are redirected to Teya’s secure payment page to complete the transaction.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only for orders delivered within Croatia when this option is offered at checkout.
Payment is made when the shipment is collected or delivered.
Proforma invoice / payment by offer
You can choose payment by proforma invoice. After receiving your order, we confirm product availability and send the offer/proforma invoice by email.
The order is processed after the offer is accepted and according to the agreed payment terms.
Pickup in Osijek
Pickup is available at MotoParts Plus, Ivana Gundulića 59a, 31000 Osijek, Croatia.
We will notify you when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation.
Payments for orders from other EU countries
For orders from Germany, Austria and other supported European Union countries, the following payment methods are available:
- card payment via Teya
- proforma invoice / bank transfer
Cash on delivery is not available for orders outside Croatia.
