MotoParts Plus ships orders within Croatia and to supported European Union countries. Available delivery methods and shipping costs depend on the destination country, total order weight and selected delivery method.

Delivery within Croatia

BOX NOW parcel locker

Delivery to a BOX NOW parcel locker costs €2.99.

Orders over €60 qualify for free BOX NOW delivery within Croatia.

After your order has been processed, you will receive instructions for collecting your parcel from the selected BOX NOW locker.

Home delivery

Home delivery within Croatia costs €6.50.

Orders over €60 qualify for free home delivery within Croatia.

Pickup in Osijek

Pickup is available at MotoParts Plus, Ivana Gundulića 59a, 31000 Osijek, Croatia.

We will notify you when your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation.

Delivery within the European Union

We ship to Germany, Austria and other currently supported EU countries.

International shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight of the order and are calculated automatically at checkout.

EU shipping is currently available for orders up to 5 kg and for orders weighing between 5 and 10 kg.

Automatic EU shipping is currently unavailable for orders over 10 kg. Please contact us for an individual shipping quotation for heavier orders.

Shipping to Cyprus and Malta is currently unavailable.

Free shipping over €60 applies only to deliveries within Croatia.

Estimated EU delivery times

The estimated delivery time after the order has been dispatched is:

  • EU 1 – Slovenia: 3–5 business days
  • EU 2: 4–6 business days
  • EU 3: 5–7 business days
  • EU 4: 6–8 business days

The estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery service, the recipient’s location, public holidays and other circumstances beyond the merchant’s control.
