  • information required for delivery and personal pickup

  • technical data related to use of the website, to the extent processed by Shopify and connected services

2. Purposes of personal data processing

We process personal data for the purposes of:

  • receiving and processing orders
  • delivering products and arranging personal pickup
  • communicating with customers about orders, product availability, delivery and complaints
  • processing return, withdrawal and cancellation requests submitted through the customer account and the Returns and cancellations function
  • card payments through the Teya system when the customer selects card payment
  • card payments via Teya, proforma invoice/bank transfer payments, and cash on delivery where that payment method is available for the selected delivery country; cash on delivery is currently available only for orders delivered within Croatia
  • issuing invoices and complying with legal obligations
  • maintaining order records and providing customer support
  • protecting the merchant's legitimate interests, for example preventing abuse and resolving complaints

  • Shopify, the provider of the online store platform
  • Teya, the card payment provider, when the customer selects card payment
  • delivery services and logistics partners for order delivery
  • BOX NOW, the parcel locker and delivery partner, when the customer selects BOX NOW delivery
  • accounting, technical and other service providers where necessary for store operations and in accordance with applicable regulations
  • analytics and marketing tools, if activated and where an appropriate legal basis exists

Personal data is shared only to the extent necessary to fulfil an order, comply with legal obligations or meet legitimate business needs.

5. Transfers of data outside the European Union

Certain service providers we use, including Shopify and connected services, may process personal data outside the European Union. In such cases, transfers are carried out subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.
